verwendest Du den zur aktiven Firmware passenden Konfigurator und eine V24-Schnittstelle am PC? USB-Seriell-Adapter machen gelegentlich Probleme, vielleicht auch mal einen anderen COM-Port oder einen anderen PC ausprobieren - sonst fällt mir dazu leider nichts ein...
